Cheap statement - does not suit a Chief Minister - He should let this work be done by his 'Capable' Advisors.
He should have specified the area in Karachi which he is comparing with Lahore - perhaps, he was comparing Katchi Abadi of Karachi with Mall road of Lahore!

Thanks to Shehbaz Sharif & PML (N) - if loadshedding, train accident, inflation, poverty, bad administration everything under the sky is because of previous governments, according to PTI, then be brave to give them credit of good things that you have inherited and spoiling.
